Obviously speed is of the essence when playing inplay on the horses so any lag etc can be really costly. Yes there does seem an obvious need I agree Richard but there must be some reason why one of the big companies haven't brought one out. I suspect like you that the technology to get the bets in quick enough isn't easy to build or the cost to maintain it is great.
