After discovering matched betting and making a trading bank of around £800 I started to experiment with betting. I was never interested in sports and never visited a betting shop in my life.

I struggle with the 'football fan' culture and the things associated with visiting any large sport events. I hope that this will give me a good foundation for an impassionate trading HAHA.

Being a member of another trading community, I managed to loss all my bankroll and some other many, totalling around £1500. The fault lays entirely with me though. Betting on anything that would move, loosing hundreds on odds 1.01, randomly staking. I don't think there is any stupid thing left, which I have not done.

I watched all the videos from The Academy, and have not made any bet since I joined, which is already a win 😄

There seems to be a good book advised in The Academy, 'Trading in the Zone' which looks quite good. If any new people are reading this, I recommend to search google, it is indeed available as a pdf file.

I will need to make a decision as to which sport to look at, it is as easy as difficult, because I don't like any of them very much. I suppose, for being a trader, one does not have to like futures, options, stocks etc. I don't mind numbers and statistics, I actually somewhat like them. We shall see.

    Aha moment had two stages.
One was on the rational level and that arrived quite soon. I simply realize that this was not working in the long run.
Unfortunately the message was not quite sinking to the emotional level because in short term, I was able to perform. I was simply hoping for a good luck. More that was statistically possible. Then I lost all my money and there was no more left, without cutting my living expenses.

I realized that the game was over.
