Here's a bot for Tomaz's Lay U1.5 goals filter. I couldn't get the file to upload with it's file type of .fs so I have had to change the file type to .txt - when you download the file you will have to change it back to .fs before importing it to Fiarbot. You can do this by right clicking on the file once you have downloaded it and selecting rename and remove the 'txt' at the end and replace it with 'fs'
Hope that makes sense, maybe @Dan-MacKinnon could add it to his Google drive strategies folder.
This will place a lay bet on U1.5 match goals at kick off. If you want to change the lay amount then open up the bot in the Strategy Editor and change the Lay Stake on the Action Tab.
If you want to wait a few minutes into the game before entering to get a better price then you can change this on the General tab by setting it to say 10 minutes after event turns in play which means that your trade would be placed 10 minutes into the game. I've set a condition that there should be 0 goals scored in the games at the point of entry.
I've tested it on a couple of games in simulation and would advise that anyone trying it for the first time does the same.
Any questions please ask:

@martin I’ve got to update them as they were basically templates which hadn’t been tested. I’ll repost the SHG one.
I’m working on a horse racing bot which could be very exciting so I’ll keep you updated
yes please do!

@stuart-wallace you might be best off doing the set and forget one’s through the website or app. At least you know you can queue them and it’s done rather than relying on a bot

Anyone fancy building some Fairbot bots for the football strategies we share?
Hi Martin, I'd be happy to help out, I'm not an expert on automation by any means but have made a few bots. Any particular strategy you would like done first?
Tomazs Lay U1.5 goals would be nice Ian
- should be relatively simple (certainly a lot simpler than the cricket 1.1
) - just add the games to the watch list and the Action simply lays 10 pounds.
-
@dan-mackinnon how have the ones you shared already been getting on?
-
@dan-mackinnon would be interested!

I’ve built a SHG bot which works well for me. I’m happy to share it

@ian-wylie Thanks Ian, i will give that a go.
EDIT: OK, i've got it set up for AUS v NZ game tomorrow.

@stuart-wallace Here's the reply I got from Andrey at Fairbot:
I tested your strategy. It looks like it does not repeat the trades because the previous trade is closed by the Trailing Stop Loss. Please note that in this case it may be closed with profit because the trailing stop loss changes its position when the price moves in your favour. And very often the stop-loss trigger price becomes higher than the initial lay bet price.
To repeat the trades I recommend you use other automation features. Set the "Execution Count" option of the Rule to 20. Also, add the "Selection Bet Count" condition. Take a look at the following screenshots:

Well, without having done anything (except recall the original version from Dan), i 'think' i might have this working judging by the trades i got back from todays game... just need to find out why i get this annoying duplication of trades.
However, i am talking with Fairbot support too, as well as you wonderful guys, so hopefully we will have the definitive Bot before long. -
@dan-mackinnon Hi Dan,
If you place a trade with Smartbets ticked, the stake will be adjusted so you make an equal profit regardless of the result. When it isn't ticked the stake will be the same for both back & lay
See below examples (1st without Smart Bets, 2nd with)
-
Does anyone know what the "Smart Bets" tick box does when playing a trade on the action tab?
-
interestingly, i seem to have got the original to 'work' - at least it seems to be wanting to place trades including SL...

@stuart-wallace Hi Stuart, how's your Bot coming along? I've got this one working and tested in simulation mode but without a stop loss. When I add a stop loss in then it doesn't repeat, I don't know if it's because only one of your exit points is met which means that it doesn't regard the trade as a success and therefore doesn't place the next 1.1 lay. The problem then with this Bot is that you will always loss a trade as one team will win the match so you need the 1.1 lay to 1.2 back trade to be successful twice during a game to make a profit. I've emailed support at Fairbot to ask if they have any ideas so will let you know what they come back with.

Hi Stuart, I can PM you my email if you want to export and send the strategy for me to have a better look?thanks Kevin.
I am starting to wonder if it is correct in as much as we are queuing a 2nd bet at 10 ticks more?
