@Nigel: Hard to say without seeing what happened in each case or the way the strategy is set up but often this is due to a mismatch between the way the strategy is set up in our software vs BFBM (assuming you're talking about a horse racing strategy), or entry/exit bets failing to get matched due to price movements or liquidity. This can be trickier in-play due to the delay and price volatility.

You'd need to check whether your bets are being executed at all and then whether it's your entry or exit bets that are not being matched, if they're being partially matched etc. If they're not being executed at all then I would check the strategy is doing what you want it to. If the bets are executing and lapsing or only partially matching then you need to see if you can set BFBM up to update your bets to try and get them matched.

@Jaysen-John just to clarify, is this the first bet or has it backed at this point?

If it's the first bet it has backed instead of layed first.

Which bot are you using? Is it one from this thread or one you made?

@Lee-Greener yeah I use automation for horses for that reason, it depends how much you want to sit in front of the screen I guess!

That's weird. If I follow the same process, I get the same selectionId as using the graph method. The selectionIds for each team should stay the same I think; must admit I haven't tested it recently with football but in horse racing for example, I've never seen a selectionId change for a particular horse.

Glad you've found a less painful way of getting it working though!

@Adam Thanks for your prompt reply. 5851484 was a typing mistake, 5851483 got it !!!
I've just had a eureka moment as I have been having problems getting the footy automation to work.
I only import "Provider, EventId and SelectionId" and it brings up all the data on BF manager perfectly.
All sussed now so severely happy bunny.
