Your P/L will depend to an extent on when you LTD. I've found that when there is a "big" favourite (Bayern, Porto, PSG etc), it pays to get on as early as possible as the draw price drifts before the game.

As long as you are winning long term, though, that's all that counts.

Thanks for that mate. Seemingly i missed 15 games with 13 winners. Dont know I missed so many.

Interested to see why I am not getting same points as yourself Stuart. For jan I am up 12 points and feb so far I am down 6 points using this strategy. I don’t miss many of the games (don’t think so anyway).

Don’t get me wrong I love the strategy. I’m only curious.

Europa League has been good for this strategy - over 45 points in the last 5 years. Just last night threw up three draws, which is very unusual. Then again, looking at the matches in question (93rd min goal, missed pen, disallowed goals), it's hardly a sign of decay.

Feb- to date, 3.28 pts in profit.

Nothing to get too worked up about, in spite of my tantrum last night.

If you got on the Arsenal game, they did their usual trick of being the most pointless team on the planet: crap, but not crap enough to have the grace to lose this evening.
When you are left relying on Rangers, it is a bad night indeed....
