    Loads today:

    Southampton Chelsea
    Frankfurt Bayern
Schalke Dortmund (Caution: Dortmund played CL this week; tends to be a fall in performance after CL games)
    Eastleigh Stockport
    Chambly Auxerre (France Ligue 2)
Valenciennes Troyes (Troyes just above 2, so monitor)
Nitra Trnava (Slovakia. Trnava just above 2...)

I started Jan 9th running the filter myself but only using the initial below 2.0 filter. I was up 21 points in Jan and currently 2 points up in Feb. Also haven’t traded any of the games that the filter has missed and still not going above 2.0. I guess everyone’s P/L is probably going to be slightly different - seems a real solid long term strat though.

Your P/L will depend to an extent on when you LTD. I've found that when there is a "big" favourite (Bayern, Porto, PSG etc), it pays to get on as early as possible as the draw price drifts before the game.

As long as you are winning long term, though, that's all that counts.

Hi Eamonn. I get on every game that comes up. Additionally, I only got on at half time for a Rangers game where they drew, which saved me about 3-4 points.
Have a trawl through my posts if you want to see the P/L figures. I think I've posted all but one.
Thanks to Matt for supplying the spread sheet.

Had a look at your spreadsheet but it hasnt been updated. I honestly did not think I missed so many of them this month.

Interested to see why I am not getting same points as yourself Stuart. For jan I am up 12 points and feb so far I am down 6 points using this strategy. I don’t miss many of the games (don’t think so anyway).

Don’t get me wrong I love the strategy. I’m only curious.

@stuart-capstick how is European football in general? I avoid cup competitions so have no idea on this

Europa League has been good for this strategy - over 45 points in the last 5 years. Just last night threw up three draws, which is very unusual. Then again, looking at the matches in question (93rd min goal, missed pen, disallowed goals), it's hardly a sign of decay.

    Jan- about 25 pts
Feb- to date, 3.28 pts in profit.

Nothing to get too worked up about, in spite of my tantrum last night.

Love a tantrum. It’s good for the soul

All Europa League today, found manually

Crvena Zvezda Milan 2-2 (Crvena 10 men, goal in 93rd min)
    Braga Roma 0-2
    Maccabi Haifa Shakhtar Donetsk 0-2
    Wolfsberger Tottenham 1-4
Molde Hoffenheim 3-3 (Hoffenheim goal disallowed and missed penalty)
    Antwerp Rangers 3-4

If you got on the Arsenal game, they did their usual trick of being the most pointless team on the planet: crap, but not crap enough to have the grace to lose this evening.
When you are left relying on Rangers, it is a bad night indeed....

    Edit: -5.36 pts

By the way, there has never been as many draws in one round of the Europa league as there was this evening.

    Oh good, another record haha
