One trade and it was a winning one

I wasn’t being critical, I just wanted to understand how @John-Folan made profit and I didn’t.. obviously liability v stake makes a massive difference.. and I’m fine with that.
Honestly, liability is the way to go. Anything I lay over 3.0 is done to a liability. Any football included. I can manage the downturns a lot better(less meltdowns)

I think the point everyone is missing, its a Marathon not a sprint!!
Everyone gets different Odds as no one can press GO at the same time, hence the variance from one person to another, even if we are all trading the strategy!!
The other thing is if every bet WON we wouldn't be still be trading..... well maybe but in sunnier climates!Put a lot quicker and more sensibly than me lol

Now the Software results
LTBF. One les selection hit and I did 0.2 of a point better than the software
SOL. I had two more selections as they were borderline so i did 0.7 worse than the software
Do I care? No. Because it all irons itself out in the end.

These are taken from my bot results
Lay the Beaten Favourites to a fixed liability with my cash p and l deleted. Net profit and loss for each one
Short Odds Lays. To flat stakes
-
No one is going to get the exact same results as odds move way too fast. Even if you are running the same bot. It will depend on machine speed, internet speed, how many markets you are monitoring at the same time.

And that’s what the short odds says, so be interested to know how you made profit @John-Folan if you did them all LSO and LBF’s ? Because that almost replicates my day exactly!
As I’ve mentioned many times I’ve got my own variation of the ltbfs. I also lay to a fixed liability on the ltbf’s. The short odds lays and the ltbfs I shove in a bot and let it get on with it. On the short odds lays I had two losers and 3 winners. I haven’t even checked the results against the software because yet. I had a couple scrape in at the edges of the odds range on the short odds lays so will probably be different. On the ltbf’s I lay all odds from 1.01 upto and including 30.0. To a one point fixed liability. Not flat lays as that is suicide.

@chris-osborne No its 3 to 15
Thought it was 3-11 but I may be confusing with another strategy.
You don’t have to take a trade if the odds too high for you
-
@lee-colvin that’s what I’m doing you reduce your winnings but more importantly significantly reduce potential losses. I’d rather lose a max of £10 than £50
-
@greg-mitchell Why not try and lay to a one point liability instead of one point stake Greg? There’s nothing on this earth that would make me lay a runner at 15 to a set stake, I couldn’t handle that kind of raw emotion
You might not win as much, but at the very least, you won’t need to stomach those huge losing days such as the one you posted above matey

@greg-mitchell was there that many? Looks like I'm counting my lucky stars that I missed a couple then. Still a very poor day
The one at 15 is one I need to check, but the other 4 definitely.
Why did you take the one at 15, isn’t the odds limit a lot lower?
-

That’s what the software says for yesterday at £1 flat stakes.

A profitable day all round. Onwards and upwards
How did you make profit with Beaten Favourites winning at 5.6, 7.2, 15, 8.2 and 8.2?
I had one at 1.5 and a couple of other shorter ones. Ended up about 0.5 points up. Was about 3 points up at one stage effort that late run of losers.
