Winning Edge Teams & XP Tracker & Leaderboard

How the Challenge Works (And How to Get Involved)
Right then, here’s how the Winning Edge Challenge works for football members. If you’re new, read this through and comment below with what team you’re in & that’ll get you off to a flying start.
We’ve broken the challenge into three teams. Each one is based on a specific strategy:
- First-Half Strikers – focused on finding early goals.
- Over 1.5 Snipers – looking for solid games with over 1.5 goal potential.
- Late Goal Assassins – waiting for the perfect moment to back a late goal.
You’ll have been placed into one of these teams based on your strategy. Don’t worry if you don’t know the others in your team. This isn’t about group work. It’s about trading consistently and getting better.
Here’s how we track progress:
We’ve set up something called the Trader Performance Log.
Every time you complete a key action things like tracking trades, logging results, submitting a review, or spotting something useful like a missed trade I want you to fill in the form. It takes less than a minute.
Each action earns you XP (experience points).
More XP = higher rank.
Your XP also helps your team climb the leaderboard. We’ve even added ranks, so you can see how you’re progressing:
- Recruit
- Operator
- Veteran
- Elite
- Master
- Legend (yes, you want this one)
At the end of each month, we’ll look at who’s top of the leaderboard and which team has earned the most. You’ll be rewarded with status, exclusive content, and some serious bragging rights.
Here’s what to do now:
Head to the Trader Performance Log > https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfeZaJFLqVDLdrd6zN79e21POuQGyR-QJYucuTY8tyLc1l_jQ/viewform?usp=header
Log your first action.
Come back here and comment what team you’re in.
This is designed to help you stay consistent, build confidence, and grow your edge with real data all with no hype, just proper trading.
Let’s get to work.

@Patrik-Mellqvist Amazing, you’ve really taken all of this in and ran with it really impressive stuff.

New day and new possibilities
I start this day by saying thank you to @Ryan for his video about this topic.
Because I can already see other potential ways to tackle this one and other ones.
Just like Ryan mentioned in the Video, one thing leads to another thing, and suddenly you have two or three working methods. Is too early, I know, but like an FHG - Hunter
I can feel how I'm getting closer and closer towards my victim
So I have the original without trading manually at the 15-minute mark.
Solve it by using 25 ticks above SP at kick-off.
Confirmed working with both real placed game and simulation. So I have developed an trading angle method that wins FHG and if no goal, break even if SHG.
Have raw data that 1,57 average odds and a break-even 91 strike ratio. And these two exploring journeys lead to a third.
I will start putting in data for the simulation today.
BTC and Gary's SHG filter with an above 98,7% strike ratio for one goal during full time.
So if the trading angle method can be executed in the same way.
Then I have around 7,7 points difference and should be around an 5% ROI ...Happy Hunting

@Patrik-Mellqvist that's looking promising - 299 matches in now - will try to post in the next couple days with a new percentage.
-
Today's Update Sheet ...
Avg odds 1,579 Win
4 Loss+26,2
The break-even ratio is around 63,7 with average odds of 1,57.
So now the future 200 will tell ...
But @Nikki-HALSALL had around 68 at the 10 min mark and I used 15 min mark - interesting if the strike ratio would drop 5 points - I doubt itNote that my backup trading method would have won all 13 trades.
So I will simulate tonight or tomorrow and make a separate parallel spreadsheet. -
@Patrik-Mellqvist This looks great this does, simple is often the easiest way.
-
This is my simple Spreadsheet ...

@Alex-Rendell Yep exactly that, that's one of the things that inspired me to do this challenge the feedback I have seen so far is people have spotted different things from the same strategy so while you are all given that one strategy people have tweaked things to fit the way they want to trade and what they have seen.
It even worked at the BTC level too with me and Adam, we both had the same strategy on one our our bots yet I didn't like the way it was going and I got Adam to turn it off and he carried on with it.
-
@Ryan this is a massive point; you always see comments on youtube etc saying "if you're so good at this and so successful, why are you sharing it and giving away your edge?". It's because people don't do things the exact way it was intended to be done, and of the people who do try and do it, only a handful will ride out the variance and the downswings and see it through fully. There is no threat to anyone's edge when sharing a strategy or system simply because of our nature as human beings...
-
@Nick-Terracciano Yeh its tricky though with this as a lot of people get stuck in the rut and dont want to engage because they fear it will whittle away the edge which in reality is the opposite.
I've seen people share strategies for years and 2 people will never ever trade it the same way.
-
Today i got three selections and place them before kick-off with 25 ticks above SP
I know after some simulation that 30 ticks drift at 16/17 min mark.
After short Question to Ryan i stick to original 15 min mark. After 100 real placed i will start making some conclusions.
Skip the other idea after some simulations.Cheers
-
@Nick-Terracciano Rrrr that makes perfect sense, I have never ever thought of it that way before.
Having somebody to answer too. I like that a lot !!
Cannot let your team down now then!
-
@Ryan, not with the trading, just general communication, my reason for doing this challenge is I have no one to answser to which I believe is hindering me in progressing, hope that makes sense. Ive tried doing too much on my own which hasnt worked not for a lack of effort more because Im not focused enough on one stratergy which ends up getting messy.
-
@Nikki-HALSALL That is key, it's about the why to work through that reasoning.
-
@Nick-Terracciano How come you are out the comfort zone?
-
FHG striker bit out of my comfort zone, but need to do it
-
Hi Patrik, It will be interesting to see how you get on, I am only entering with one trade at the moment on or around 10 mins, and only £1, usually at 1.45-1.51.
I am now setting them up pre-match and to "keep in play" but not the ones that are under 1.22 pre match as they don't reach the odds minimum needed to be successful with enough minutes in the half left to score.
The good news with this Strat is there are lots of matches, we are at 265 already so will be able to weed out the unreliables soon (ish)
Good luck, looking forward to your update.

I am in as FHG striker
Slow starterNext weekend, I start using Set & Forget with a minimum stake.
The next post will be after my first 100 placed bets.Feel free to comment or criticise the following that I will execute.
Place 25% of 100% at kick off at the starting price.
Then 25% of 100% at 30 ticks above the starting price.
Until four bets are placed. My estimation based upon (( and thanks )) on @Nikki-HALSALL
Stats with around a 75% strike ratio for FHG goals.
The overall or average odds will be around 1.45 to 1.60, depending on the goal timings in the first half—it's like a pendulum effect. So if the starting odds are 1.31, you place 25%
Then 1.61 and 1.91 and 2.21The reasoning is that most goals go in after the 10-minute mark.
Then the second and maybe third bet is taken.
Have no time for paper trading and feel minimum stake and real-life placement is a better option. So from next weekend I place 2£ and 2£ and 2£ and 2£ total 8£
If successful, I will just let the FHG Set & Forget continue with my portfolio. Also, have the orig coded for Fairbot that I will start running next week with a minimum stake.
The code is in SEK, so I can share if you know how to change that or just ask Andrey at FairBot.Cheers
