@marek-piatkowski-0 hi mate, not a silly question

I’ve got conditional formats on the Google sheets which you should be able to see.
I will be making this a full filter once I’ve tested this backfit for a few months

@dan-mackinnon yeah that’s just the overall data pulled through from the stats software, criteria as below:

    Ov 1.5:

    • Overall ov1.5% 50+%
    • Av goals min 1.6
    • min odds 1.15
    • min 8 matches played

    Ov 2.5

    • Overall ov2.5% 40+%
    • Av goals min 2
    • min odds 1.5
    • min matches played

All from last 10 matches in current season.

I have then duplicated this and filtered it down, these are the sheets with ‘filtered’ in them. I have just updated this as I removed the bad leagues first before filtering the data and that worked better. These results have been updated on the OP.

    Hi,
Sorry to ask what might be a silly question!
I have no problem importing the criteria for the 'Over 1.5' and 'Over 2.5' goals strategies into the software, outlined in this thread.
However, could you let me know, or point me in the correct direction for the actual 'rules' of the Strategy (What matches or odds do you exclude, what time do you place bet etc)??

    Thanks in advance
    Marek

@connor-garland Nice one, thanks for that!

I've just had a quick look and totalled all your results 1 and divided by your total games and it's given me a SR of 54%, but your OP says 64%. Is the "Goals Data 2.5" tab the overall data or just the Over 2.5?

I have a couple of questions about your data/ spreadsheet.

    1. Is the result column if the trade won/ lost? Same with FHG/ SHG but I assume 1 = win, 0 = lost, not 1 FHG, 1 SHG?
    2. On the games that do win is this based on your 1.5 odds? So 1 win = .5pt, 1 loss = -1pt?
    3. Are you getting matched on all these games? There's some very obscure leagues in there so fair play if you are!

I haven't really had a proper look at it because I wanted to make sure I was reading your spreadsheet correct first but looks decent. Once you've got a few more can I pinch the league breakdown from you? I've collected it from a few others and it's interesting to see which leagues are good/ bad

    1. Correct 1= yes and 0= No essentially. I thought I’d add the FHG and SHG as it may come in handy when developing other strategies.

    2. Yes so the column to the far right is the hypothetical P/L with £5000 bankroll as this is what I would like to start with once I have the capital from my house sale. The profit allows for the 2% commission. So stake x odds x 0.98

    3. These odds are just pulled from the BTC stats software. Most of this is paper trading so I can’t say for certain but I’ve been trading with it for the past month or so with very small stakes and as long as I put the trades on pretty much straight away then they get matched. Some are lower some are higher but on average it’s about right I would say.

You can use the data as much as you like, I try to keep it up to date as much as possible. Happy to share

Having used Excel for years, I'm not a fan of Google sheets but one thing you may want to look at is a breakdown of results by Country and Leagues that way you can cut out the rubbish but still collect the data in case it improves.

I’m not a fan of it either, the only plus point is that I can use it on my phone.

I have done a breakdown of the leagues on the separate filtered sheets. I wasn’t totally sure whether to do this before or after the stats filtering?

Morning Connor has a quick look but at work I'll look later and may release but what have you filtered to reduce your selection down ?

I’ve got a conditional format on the columns to highlight the non profitable (certain range is losing 10+ points) in red.
If you select the column and go to conditional formatting it should show you the filter, let me know if that helps.
