@ian-parry since the software went down I am unable to access the horse racing software on my phone anymore. Any idea when this will be back up and running?

I imported that file and it had for yesterday 7.15 Southwell Motawaafeq but that selection wasn;t on yesterdays email?

@gary-dell go to the “Tailor Your Results” and select which ones you want. It’s underneath the entry/ exit trades and build your bank options

Hi,
Could I get the file for the selections sent out in the email today for "Pace Lays - Let the bet run" when I run the reset from
"@martin's Pace Lays (3-11 odds) - Added 24th April 2022
0_1663232703060_rules_export (31).json"I get different selections from the email, suspect I am doing something wrong or the settings are different.
The preset shows 2022-12-08 13:17 Newcastle Bretney 10 The email has no sel;ections for today.Thanks again

Hi,
I am trying to get the individual results from the software, however everytime I import and load a pre set strategy the individual results do not show, but the other data is there. The show hide toggle shows no data when i click on it.
Any ideas? thanks -

OK peeps, the software is now back. Apologies for the unexpected downtime.
We had an issue with the saved strategies section and had to restore some data from a backup.
There are 9 orphan strategies which were created today that we need to manually link to the right people. Just to be clear, no data is lost
If you created a strategy this morning and it's now missing from the software, give me a shout in a PM and tell me what it was called, or what notes you entered on it, or anything really that will help me identify which one it is, and I'll manually assign it back to you.
It's still saying it's in maintenance for me

It's difficult to say unfortunately. We're having to restore some data from a backup and it doesn't give us a time estimate. Hopefully within the next hour.

I've given @Adam a task to replace the old presets with the new ones, so he will do it when he gets a spare moment

When looking for horses to qualify, is the software looking for horses that ranked first for traded volume in their previous race, who have gone on to be favourites and won their next race? I know that presently, the traded rank takes into account the whole race, including in-play, but I am just unsure whether it only applies to the race before the win. Brain melting stuff for a Friday night haha - perhaps @Adam might have an answer?
This raises an interesting point. I haven't used traded volume in my strategies, but if it does include in-play I can't see much use in it since you tend to see a large amount of money come in for the leading horse toward the end. Pre race traded would be far more useful in my opinion.
