I looked at my under 1.5 strategy and it is actually garbage recently, but because I love maths and counted down all the previous results and it looks like if I layed under 1.5 just do exactly opposite way with them low odds or backed over with them selections I would get a brilliant profit. Because it looks like when games got a low scoring history it usually changes here. I test it the other way now for another 200 games.

Had the best single week's profit since joining here and following these was a key part of that.

wow that's amazing to hear! the under 2.5 has been insane this week, now totting up the results will get a video up once I've done that.

@matt-wood I love the title song and got it tattooed on my arm as well. Up The Irons!

Up the Irons! 👍 Been to see them live about 22 times 🙂

I had the chance to see them 3 times, I've also met Bruce on his book signing in Waterstones a few years ago and got a signed copy and a photo with him. Also bought a signed copy of Adrian's book.

@richard-latimer probably would be lower as some were 1.3 ish

I don't doubt. I think my point is not to ignore the match odds. They tell a whole other story.

@richard-latimer So the home odds need to be between 1,61 and 1.9 or higher than 2.63?

is this different for different leagues?

I'm finding similarities in leagues but not all the same.

@martin-walker when you say strong, do you mean 1.6 or under because of course that's what my data shows too?

@richard-latimer anecdotal but strong home faves in serie A often let down my 1.5

    Roma constantly did it

And the dross that was ruled out 75% with over 1.5 odds around 1.20. You increease s/r and in this case also increase the average odds.

    @richard-latimer can you elaborate

Take ITA Serie A, my most profitable league.

The filter alone gives 84% s/r over 1.5 on all odds over 145 selections.

Omit home odds lower than 1.61 and between 1.9-2.63 and that becomes 92% s/r over 76 selections. Ave book price on these selections is 1.23 meaning that with betfair it's probably closer to 1.25+ (lay of 5)

Turns a pretty bog standard 84% not much better than break even into 38.6pts profit after commission.

@martin well I've noticed that even for over 1.5 there are certain odds which are best left well alone and certain ones where they are far more likely. I'll post some numbers up later so you can see what I mean.

For SHG so much I have tracked has been predominantly based on match odds but I don't think it stops there.
