@Richard-Latimer going with the 'not wanting to jinx anything' theme...spongebob squarepants is flexing his muscles and smiling

I'll post full update tomorrow but I'm now over £4k.

Again I don't want to jinx but we're going ok so far.

@Richard-Latimer here’s the link to that very system for anyone who may be interested! Quite a fascinating thread:-

I realise I haven't said what my max odds are again for a while although in the past I have been very clear it's up to 11.00 with variable staking as per a very old and famous horse laying thread where £3,000 was turned into £100k in a year.

    Max odds 11.00

    Ranges are up to 3.5
    3.55-7.40
    7.60-11.00

Staking for each range is worked out as per the formula on my sheet. Pertaining to bank balance, s/r and the expected longest losing streak x5.

All this is to say anyone laying Ross County for 20.0 has rocks in their head!

@mick-mcmahon I'm still in early stages at moment but confident it's coming together not just from this but in a complete portfolio.

If I could offer one piece of advice. Leave the averages. They get skewed and while they may illustrate capability I don't think it's as accurate as simply looking at percentages of how often things happen.

Track between 14-16 different stats on one filter and only really tighten one or two up at the beginning. It's easy to filter each down then and look at what the p/l yield is for each. Some will make no difference. Some will make a huge difference.

Some will hardly happen so when it loses its a question of do you really want that in your system??

@Richard-Latimer Just wanted to say love what you're doing with this thread. I'm more of a lurker than a poster but thought I should. I've been at this about a year and half and never really got a strategy from breaking even into profitability so having a few months off. But sitting back and watching this thread go by has given me some encouragement and some ideas to chew on when I get back to it.

@Fraser-cord Interesting. I would say that the mutual ground takes away any advantage the home team would normally have. So if anything it's better.

@Richard-Latimer hopefully this won't jinx things, but home advantage not really a thing in Malta as only 2 or 3 stadiums used for all league games. Home or away, your often playing at the same ground. So fingers crossed it works to your advantage.

2 more selections tomorrow from Malta. You would think this would be one of those leagues where you don't get too many and the results are inconsistent. Not so currently.

6/7 wins on the raw data and 5/5 on the refined:
