Before we play West Ham on Saturday, let’s just remember what this game really means to them.

Them classing their season as a success relies solely on three things:

1. They don’t get relegated
2. We don’t win anything
3. They don’t lose to us twice

The biggest success in their history was England winning the World Cup. Despite the fact that the best players for England played for Tottenham and Manchester United.

They have a statue of a Spurs fan outside their stadium.

Their biggest achievement in recent years is Spurs not winning the champions league final.

This really is their cup final. This is the biggest game of their season. Win on Saturday and finish 17th, and they’ll be singing songs about it for years.

We are truly dealing with a whole new level of tinpot.
