@john-folan Makes sense that they are doing it though, drastic but it is what is needed to get things like this tackled.

I heard on the grapevine Boris is trying desperately to keep the country moving till the summer when everything dies down in terms of schools etc... anyways then he can tackle it head on.

I think Boris increasing testing is a great move - that is what will stop this quicker.

Have you seen the company in London offer £3,500 for 24 people to be infected with it to help them build some drugs to combat it?

I spoke to my mate earlier who isn’t talking to his wife because she bought 72 packets of 12 toilet rolls

Country has gone mad. Our local Sainsbury’s looks like it’s been looted. The #bekind movement has now changed to the #fuckeveryoneelse movement.

We haven’t over ordered anything and we have no intention of starting now. Hopefully the Coronavirus gives these idiots the shits as well.

I'm so worried for this country because other than stockpiling toilet roll everyone thinks they can carry on as normal. With the symptoms of a cold most people will crack on and push through it. It's only a sniffle they'll say and 95% of the time they'll be right but......

I started developing a bit of a dry cough last night and felt a little shivery. Feel at the very least I should let people around me know.

Wife says I'm being a drama queen. She's a nurse ffs!!

Probably is just a cold but what chance do we stand with this sort of attitude.

Italian PM has already said watching our response is like watching the beginning of a bad horror film. He should know.

I can see what Boris and his advisers are doing. Can’t shut it all down yet. Kids could be off until September if he did!

A lot of this is just going to be people being sensible and looking after themselves and their families how they see fit.

I'm meant to be going to a 50th birthday party tonight with around 100 people. Live band, sit down meal, free beer.

Don't feel that unwell I can't go at the moment but is it irresponsible??

Yeah our sainsburys has closed the isle to stop fighting ffs. Panic buying anything helps no one. If one person has all the soap how will that help other people not to pass it on to them. Dickheads!!
