So my dopey son decides to walk through a bramble bush at explorer scouts on Monday night and get scratch marks all down his arms.

Cue a phone call from his school yesterday to ask if he was self harming. AFTER they had talked to him about self harming and he had told them what happened. Apparently my comment "well he has self harmed, he was stupid enough to walk into a bramble bush and harm himself" wasn't helpful.

Cue another phone call from his school this morning saying that Joshua is now telling his friends he has self harmed and has managed to start a row between six of his friends over it. Apparently my comment of "if you hadn't have mentioned anything to him he wouldn't have even thought about self harming" was again not helpful.

Well it was to me so f**k you. Bloody lefty liberal schools and their stupid ideas. FFS Use your brains. If you say something like that to a kid with Asperger's he is going to do something stupid with it!!!!

No wonder I am grey!

I went to London for the first time since 1984 a couple of months ago when my American friend came over and she wanted to see the Tower of London -- bloody tube was a nightmare and even the staff didn't know their way around
