@richard-latimer I use it matey, I stopped using it for sleep. Now I read and I have one of those sunset alarm clocks, which you use as a light then pop the alarm on and it slowly darkens the room my god it puts me to sleep!

@dave-jessop if you have a google home device in your bedroom, you can ask it to play relaxing sounds. Helps me sleep if I'm having trouble dropping off.

I use relaxation apps last thing at night while I'm reading - it's seems a bit more subliminal than trying to actively meditate - rain or wind sounds or maybe a crackling fire so you can just about hear it works for me or I'd never switch off

Oh I'm fine with switching off haha!! No, I have a temper that I'm trying to learn to control before I alienate those closest to me. Meditating isn't all I'm doing but it's a handy extra.

Heading down that Spane for a week. Does anyone else think that the best trading times are always when you are abroad and can't trade? Then when you get back there seems to be very little on.
I know I know, should just forget about it for a week.

Love it, you know why I stopped horse racing?

Because I downloaded my BF statements, worked a profit % per minute I was trading lol my % for football & tennis compared to horse racing was soooo much more productive lol
