MLS was shocking last time round

It was. Confident that it will be different this season. Everything has opened up in the States. Too many disruptions last season. Thought the play-offs were superb last season

People are forgetting the amount of International breaks there were last season and of course the Copa America was played. Some teams lost over 5 or 6 players to that tournament. I wrote about it in the BTC forum and advised to be cautious. I think @Stuart-Capstick paused his MLS trading due to the Copa America?

@keith-anderson Is the MLS good to trade - Never really paid much attention to it... always imagined it to be a Sunday team league with loads of money for the odd ringer 😂

MLS probably suits the bettor than the trader, will prob suit @keith-anderson lay u1.5 rather than say a Split Stake... With skinny odds it may suit trading the 2.5 goal market especially if it has a decent probability of FHG

@mick-mcmahon lot's of goals but sometimes odds are very thin

Hmmm - If the hit rate was high enough, thin odds might be ok 🤔

League of Ireland starts in two weeks followed by the start of the MLS at the end of the month. Great stuff

@Keith-Anderson you going for shg in celtic game

I’m watching and I think there will be, but I’m out at 3-0. Got my profit for tonight

I reckon that sums up one of the keys to this trading game. Knowing when to stop. Luckily I wasn't around to put a SHG trade on the Celtic match because I probably would have thought "I could do with £8 instead of £4 because I'm a bit behind on the month". The net result would have been a loss of £8, having won £4 on the 1.5 goals trade. Well done Keith for, once again, demonstrating how to be a serious trader!

It's the constant international breaks that have plagued the sport too for the last few years. Nobody wants them except FIFA / UEFA delegates who want a few jollies around the world to justify their existence.

I'm old enough to remember when World Cup / Euro qualifiers took place in midweek between regular club season matches. Worked perfectly well.

@andrew-camp FIFA decided to give the World Cup to a country that can’t play in the summer so everyone else has to fit around their schedule.

The premier league next season will start 6th August, stop mid-November, restart Boxing Day and finish 28th May.

They might not be able to play in the summer, BUT they have bags of cash that can find its way into certain pockets 😉

Just not the pockets of the people building the stadiums.

1.5 has took a battering for me during this break

Don’t know about anyone else, but for me my setback have came when the big European leagues stopped.

Can’t wait until they restart this weekend

Completely agree. Sick of all this stopping and starting. Whatever happened to playing every weekend from August to May?

I think @Thomas-Larsen was after player stats such as No. of assists and No of goals scored for key players etc. rather than IPS... Does Sofascore do player stats?

I generally use Sofa score as well but tennis24 which is essentially flashscore for tennis.

However, FlashScore has ahad a major upgrade today see what that does.

I like the Pressure maps on sofascore

Yeah the game pressure chart is superb and extremely accurate. I have had it on while watching the game live on TV and its bang on. Thats mainly on the big Champions League games etc, but judging by my trading of the smaller leagues it also seems pretty accurate with those too.
