Gonna be the shittiest World Cup ever!
At least England can’t be beaten in the final by Italy. Every cloud and all that.
Best bit will be all the moaning from you football traders. (Mostly Keith and Richard) Next season will be a write off stats wise because of this.
Best you start learning which end of a horse is which
Stats won’t matter to me, I’ll just guess like I always do
Still got the magic coin then?

Lay Under 1.5 Goals (Expect a SHG):
08:45 - Newcastle Jets v Sydney FC
19:45 - Larne v Ballymena United -

@stuart-wallace seems like a bit of a scattergun approach which may not be helping, what are your strategies?
I agree, i have taken today as a bit of a learning curve, and need to stick with strategies . With Cricket, it tends to be more of a gut feel based of years of cricket experience - sometimes it doesnt go right!
I have put today down as a bit of a lesson. I need to get 'tighter', and intend to try to do that going forward when i have a decent bank to play with - at the moment its minute (especially after today !). -
@hayden-austin LTD can be nicely/very profitable as set and forgets from KO... Its all about your filter but also be prepared to lay at 5.0's or just over.
If trading then maybe enter at HT or 60mins as @Richard-Latimer suggested?
I don't currently do LTD but know of another member who does very well with it as a set & forget strategy
-
@stuart-wallace the thing with A-League is results really can go anywhere from 0-0 to goal fest, even when not expected.
Lay u1.5 is set & forget, simples.
When lay u1.5 even though you need 2 events to land, 2 SHG's in that league can easily happen... Maybe lower your stakes, that might make you feel more comfortable when betting or even trading?

@stuart-wallace hey mate I saw your post when you said there didn't look like there was much in the victory FH, I was watching the game and I felt as though it was pretty busy, victory should have scored in 46th minute before HT, that's why I stayed in, could just be lucky. Melbourne game is tough because Brisbane could easily have scored, seemed like SHG was the obvious trade and 3.5 may have been a stretch. Cricket I can't comment so much. Only advice I could pass is to sit down and see if you've changed anything and tighten your strategies. Seems the trade out on Western had a knock on effect on the rest and the day and now you have me talking sh*te. Above is Easy for me to write after the fact! Chin up mate

Hello can anyone help me out? Im currently using lay the draw as im new to this and just want a stable and easy method, however im struggling how its going to be profitable long term. Say i lay the draw with a stake of £5 and the favourite scores at around 30 mins say, if the cash out amount went to around £2 that looks like a nice profit. However my liability may be like £15 and on another occasion if it had got to half time with it still being a draw which is quite common then i could be in the red by around £7 for example. So my point is surely the losses heavily out weigh the small wins?
Never trade out @ HT would be my advice. 2nd bit of advice, either get in @ HT or wait until around 55-60 mins.

Infamy, infamy, they've all got it in for me ! To quote the famous Carry On line, i have had a horrific day, just to compound on the last 2 weekends (which, actually, luckily i didnt partake on the last weekend)
So, I start with a LU1.5 on Melb Vic v Wetern United , and bailed out at HT, after what seemed (to me) to be a timid, lacklustre, lacking intent first half with the score at 0-0, oh, and also the commentator saying they were the best 2 defences in the A League. Ended up 1-1 with IPS of 35 shots and 17 on target !
Then, decide to switch my trading to Brisbane Roar v Mel City around 20 mins as i see its 1-1 with lots of activity and attacking on both sides and get good value on LU3.5 - ended 1-2.
Then,i thought, i know, i can get some back by backing Pakistan v AUS when they were 248-3.....all out for 268.
Finally, ah, i thought, nice simple trade Backing SA v BAN when SA were 66-1 ....all out for 154, and BAN win by 9 wickets with 23 overs to spare. So, is this variance ? (if so, then i must be due a bloody good positive run) or just plain stupidity and naivety.?
