Tell me about it. I did 2.02 and got 2. 2.06 was another. Could have been 4 matched haha!

@martin-futter Hi Martin , Not done much ltf recently either . But I have noticed the 19.15pm looks like it could meet the criteria currently 9 runners, fav 4.5 odds , 6furlong maiden 5 under 10.0.

@keith-dow Hi Keith hope you are well mate. I am studying a selection process for the B2L system you posted about yesterday. . The American horses website looks good, and i am just looking at potentials for this evening. The first race 19.15pm at Will Rogers Downs I have looked at the site and Poppy Oats and Vivace look good for front runner material but the later's odds will be too high I reckon currently 11.5, the former is the favourite currently but not on the timeform selections. Would this horse be on your list for a b2l if the volume is high on this horse upto the off?
-
@martin-futter Yeah been a bit up and down of late mate, just been chatting with Charles via PM and am thinking of just setting up Bet Angel to kick in at different odds with low stakes and see what sticks on Betfair

@keith-dow
Cheers mate.appreciate it.will have a look at that website mate and see what I can gather from it. -
@richard-latimer bloody suicide odds. 1.6/1.7 and 1.8. Staggered lays. Show me the money.

@richard-latimer Lol, so how does your data sheet look? Have you got a link?
I have been thinking about but not done yet. However, I know from your sheet it's working thus far.
I need to start recording these for myself for sure.

Next race for example, at the moment, Lost in Limbo looks good. She's top in Timeform, runs close to pace and has the fastest pace in the 1st and 2nd sections of the course. The Fav seems to be heavily backed and seems to a have a steady speed rating. The favourites shorter price means more ticks to hit the 10% (you could do it by ticks as opposed to stake % though) but it may be a safer option. It looks like there may be more value in Limbo though.
Saying all this, I have just had my second loss of the night (although I am still in profit) and I as fairly new to the US races.

@dan-erridge Hey mate. I check the running style first on Betfair. I'm looking for a horse that runs close to pace, tracks pace or front runs ideally. Midfielders can work too if the stats allow but it may take time in the race to hit the lay.
Then I see if they are listed in Timeform on Betfair, I'm not overly bothered if they aren't though, it's just another to add weight to the choice.
The best place to look at stats is horses.betamerica.com. Here I look at the pace and the speed stats for the horse(s) I am assessing.
Lastly, I like money to be drawn towards it so it needs to be in the top 3 of the trading volume.
When I am happy, I use bet angel to lay an offset bet with greening for around 10-20% depending on my confidence. If its one of the first out and into the lead it gets matched pretty quickly.
