@adam In Firefox, The dropdown 'Stats Software' then the Horse Racing button. Also, i copied that link and pasted into Chrome to try a different browser. Each time i clear all site data and close the browser it does clear my login. Also, Firefox is set to not use cookies anyway. It forgets everyting if i close it.

@jonathan-jones How are you accessing the software? Are you clicking the button in the user dashboard or visiting a link directly? If so, which link?

Site still dead for me though. Tried 2 different browsers and cleared all cache and history.

@dene-topliss It's definitely not. If you're accessing the software from the BTC user dashboard, do Ctrl F5 on that page before clicking the horse racing stats button

@michael not a silly question. Yes it’s fine. Little trick is to check the actual going of the first race once the result is in to see if it changes. Timeform results are good for that.
