@richard-latimer I did but it just wasn't as good for me!
Still interested in your opinion on Steve Carrel's character? Was it or wasn't it?

@john-folan watching The Bear on Disney+, its very different but quite addictive, only 8 episodes at 30minutes but watched first 7 in 2 sittings!
Good shout on this one. Really good
-
@john-folan ....If anyone has a spare 30mins this week watch the Rob Burrows story on BBC iplayer....its a hard watch and the most moving thing I have seen on TV for years.......
Makes you realise Health is everything in case you ever doubted that! -
@john-folan I watched the first one at the weekend before all the sport and loved it, thought it looks stunning!
I also think they way Galadriel played that first one was mega, cannot wait for more.

'The Myth of Normal' by Gabor Mate is a superb book. Worth a read folks
For gods sake. Iโve ordered this now. You annoy me Anderson. Will you be my life coach?
-
Also Rings of Power. The moneys shot of a last episode was fantastic. Absolutely gagging for more. Beautifully done.
-
Watched Donโt Worry Darling today. Despite the shitty reviews itโs actually a great little thriller. Agree more with the Rotten Tomatoes audience score than the critics. Seems to be the case more and more.

Finished the final Wheel of Time book yesterday. Branden Sanderson has done a great job of finishing the story off. A shame Robert Jordan did not get to finish it himself.
Last 4 books were really good.
Love those books.
Try Magician by Raymond Feist
Love Feist books.
I did them in a janky order though lol. Read The Serpentwar Saga 1st, thought it was amazing so went and found the Riftwar Saga (which Magician is the 1st book of). Also amazing.
Had to keep going then and read The Riftwar Legacy as well, not quite as good as the others but still fantastic.Have just done a google and seen he actually has written more stuff set in that universe, will have to get those now
Have you read his Druss novels? They are really good too.
I have. Him, David and Leigh Eddings, Peter Hamilton and Robert Jordan are my favourite authors along with Jim Butcher writer of the Dresden Files. Those are brilliant and there is a good 15 of them now. A Wizard Detective. Whatโs not to like? They really turn as well as you go through them. Fantasy series.
