Hey guys so I see that England and Ireland are playing a ODI series starting later today. I also see that on Saturday 1 August, the county season is starting. Do you all also trade on ODI cricket? and the county matches ? And what are the strategies? Many thanks
the set partnership strategy is a good one for 50 over ODI. Also laying short odds in T20 can be very good too!

Had to cash out for a small loss on the test match, Still dont quite understand how the markets work when they move around

Well I have taken my first real bit of green on a test match. 4.5pts green. Thank you very much to all who gave advice and post the tips on here. I would never have had the confidence to try, even with small stakes, without that help.
Please keep up your excellent advice as I have plenty to learn yet
On to the next one now

Not sure why traders would want to stay out of it today. You won't get a more predictable day's cricket. With a bit of patience and a refusal to panic, the last day is often the most profitable.

once again all cheers #ontothenext

Draw laid at 3.55.
crazy value!
-
Iβm done now at 6.60. Gunna chill for the afternoon now.
-
truth to that . glad sitting on big green . Eng get wickets , it will rain draw shits itself Eng still find a way ... windies just wanna go home ha
-
Iβm keeping well out of it today. Uncertainty over the weather and getting too close to the end of the match to trade with any certainty. Good luck to anyone trading!

Draw laid at 3.55.

Missed the 1.37 to back England but looking at the draw price and wondering if thereβs value there if it gets under 4?
-
Price coming in very nicely

A massive difference in forecasters today. The BBC has chances of rain at around 15% or less through the day, while the Met Office has it at 80% around 12-1pm. Difficult to see how they come to such different conclusions.
But looking at the radar, any showers seem few and far between. And with 98 overs available today, I can see only one result.
A back of England at 1.37 looks good value to me.

@richard-futter i know this is kinda off topic but do u trade ipl too aor do u just do test macthes ? i hear ipl is back in sept and the big bash aust leg is looking set to run latter this year
I trade all forms of cricket, but things change so quckly in T20 matches that it's very difficult to highlight trading opportunities on here. But a great strategy is to lay very low in the second innings towards the end of the match. It's amazing how often sides bowling second go to 1.05 or less and a few big hits - even from the lower order - change things completely.

Massive change since 6pm. Blue sky, no clouds and windy.
