Trading Software

HI everyone,
I dont use trading software but i have dabbled with many different programs from Bet Angel to Geeks Toy to ones i cant even remember the names of.
Now that ive dedicated my time to learning good practice trading i feel i need to get some software and id like peoples thoughts on why they use what they use.
I am leaning towards a Bet Angel subscription because i found it had tools that were useful that the others didnt but id be a fool not to ask you guys what you use and why - it may lean me towards something more suitable i dont know much about.
Thanks for any input

I really like BF Bot manager like Charles for automation purposes. Once setup you can just leave the computer on and it does all the work.
I have it directly linked to Proform too, so it just takes my selection everyday and bets on them. -

@Dave-Jessop i got an invite email offering one year at £12.50 a month cancel any time so ive taken advantage of that, i mean come on, its bet angel - the main feature is peter webbs "this event is now in play" voice - love it haha
@Ryan-Carruthers I used to be a linux user but so much not out on linux esp for trading so i only use linux for media now.
Got to love Posh Peter
I really do, it was his videos that drew me into this lark

@daniel-r Love it, its actually easier to trade without a Mac lol I have thought for years about getting a windows machine but then I try one out and I hate it lol so I leave it.
-
@ryan-carruthers I'm cheap, thus I don't have a mac
-
@daniel-r It does, but I wont add it to the Mac lol I hate Windows hence why I am on Mac!

I went Bet Angel with a £12.50pm subscription - i figure if its not value for money in the long run ive not committed to a years price

I have used BF Bot Manager for years. Never used any of the other so I can't give an opinion on their utility and features. Suspect they are probably all fairly similar.
I host the software on a VPS that I rent for a quite reasonable price. Is always on, doesn't interfere with anything I am doing otherwise, and is actively maintained without me doing a thing. Well worth it in my opinion.

@neil-mallett cheers Neil, I have been looking for something like that on the forum for weeks . Going to get my computer now and have a look if it works, looks like I may need to adapt it a little.
Thanks again mate.

I have tried them all, Fairbot I settled on because of the ability to not have to install windows on my Mac lol I would use Bet Angel though if on Windows!
Does the apparently superior mac not have a VM to run windows? i will look t fairbot now, i think i glanced over it last year.
I am leaning towards Bet Angel but i want to make an informed decision before this fool and his money are parted.

@daniel-r I currently use bet angel. It is pretty good although it is pretty hard to use for LTD @HT as you can't get the live scores. I have to use it by using the odds and sometimes they don't get placed. For everything else it seems to be spot on.
