Historical Data Trading Selections

Some of you may have seen my post on the other thread regarding how i am playing things with the historical data @Adam-Williams is providing. I have also taken the time to get an extra 4 years worth of data and i'm in the process of updating with P/L.This should be ready at the end of the season (takes a while).
The data Adam provides is Betfair Sportsbook, which is great as it should be the nearest to the exchange price. Unfortunately the data i have is Bet365, which there over-rounds are horrendous. But it will provide insight into how things have played out long-term.

Are favourites usually over priced when it comes to the GNAs a trader the national is best left well alone, it's a lottery and there are so many other races each day that are much more easily researched
