Does anyone have any good reading recommendations for working on trading mindset etc.? I know there are several mentioned on the podcasts but I forget to write them down! Thanks!
Thinking in Bets by Annie Duke might be up your street. Less about trading mindset but problem solving in real life using a trading/probability approach.

Trading in the Zone by Mark Douglas is the big one everyone references. I would also suggest The Mental Game of Trading by Jared Tendler.
Not quite trading related but Atomic Habits by James Clear and The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday were really helpful for me.
I'm currently reading Mastery by Robert Greene which is excellent. It's one of those rare moments when what I'm reading is lining up with experiences going on right now and it's just lightbulbs going off all over the place!

@karl-pick personal choice, but for me I’d change monthly gives variance a chance to play out, I’ve seen others change daily or weekly which are too risky for me
I change monthly its just the amount...do you go fixed amount or keep the stakes rising every month? Just the amount per bet looks a lot know.
I always go for a percentage of the bankroll 2% max, if the amount looks too high that you’re not comfortable, either reduce it or withdraw some.

Always go 1 or 2%
Probably been covered before, but I am currently using 1% of bank betting strategy 1 and 2% on another strategy.
Things have been going quite well, but I have not drawn down money just kept the kitty building.
At what point do you keep the stakes fixed or do you just keep going at 1% +2% respectively, just it seems like a lot now, where as the start is was minimal.
@peter-mcfarlane I deleted my reply because I noticed only Martin and Ryan reply here - and they know about five million times more about all this than I do lol
Anyway, if the horse fits the criteria then I back or lay it, so today I've got a couple of races where I'm Backing the fav and doing 2 Pace Lays or something in the same race
Only thing I watch out for is when there's a conflict of strategies (e.g. Back the C&D and Pace Lay for the same horse) Then I just delete it from my selections and move on. But other people might have different ways of approaching that kind of conflict
@stephen-beale I have been using bet angel. My issue is more, should I be backing/laying 2-3 horses in a single event if they all match the criteria.
Hi guys. My head hurts when there are multiple selections in a horse race. Back this horse, lay these 2 horses for example. How do you approach this? Or do we avoid the carnage? haha
Much advanced thanks
Im trying to cancel my subscription with your service but seem to get to the same step in the process each time
I'm advised to look out for an email to my inbox to confirm cancellation but non received (have checked spam also)
Could you please assist - at the moment the only message I've received is a thank you for re subscribing ?
No issues with your service at all - just not for me at the moment
Thanks for your help in advance

@giorgio can’t speak for every instance of this but Betfair will usually just void any bets placed during that period.
Hi Guys
Was monitor a game in the greek league between Ionokis and Volos
few minutes before the end of the game there was a clear hand ball of a Ionikos player inside the penalty area.
Penalty was not given immediately even if clear enough that it was, but 20' seconds later the referee went to check the VAR and the penalty was given.
Was watching the game in one screen and checking the market in another, and the market hasn't been suspended till probably 20/30 seconds after the handball event happened.
Could see by looking at the market that were people start to staking badly on the game till eventually market got suspended.
my question is
How Betfair is behaving in this case?does allow those sort of move or it adjust the market after the var check?
Does it suspend the player doing this?
It is true the penalty has to be score eventually but the odds were really high that worth the risk probably for who did those move
any experience with that?
