@chris-osborne said in NFL Strategies: whatever we say about our teams, If last year is anything to go by,the likelihood of them being radically different in a few weeks due to injuries or loss of form is high. I usually wait until week 3 before mass changes but I may start looking early

I was reasonably ok with mine but then I looked at projected scores for Week 1 and I felt even less ok

I mean it's a snake draft so picking last isn't much of a disadvantage as you get 1st pick in 2nd round and so on. I picked 9th out of 12 and liked the fact I picked earlier in round 2 as can easily get two studs in the first 16 picks of a draft.

@chris-osborne said in NFL Strategies: @richard-latimer not happy with mine either after the first few but not much I can do picking last in 1st round I was 8th so obviously got a s**t pick in the 2nd round as well!

I managed to trade Mahomes in his breakout season. That carried me through to the playoffs easily.

@martin said in NFL Strategies: @richard-latimer yeah the draft is just a starting point the mid season gems ultimately win championships, although I was watching something today and they said 30% of your fantasy points will come from your first two rounds worth of selections! I just found that all your plans go out the window anyway and everyone wants the same players::smiling_face_with_open_mouth_closed_eyes:

@martin said in NFL Strategies: @richard-latimer you should pick a couple at least, it's more fun when they are your picks I tried that with the football last season. Was a waste of time. I do better at the mid season trading of free agents!

@chris-osborne said in NFL Strategies: First draft Iβve been available for which probably means my team will be worse than useless that's the spirit! that's the spirit!
