Game suspended on Betfair for the whole time - advice needed!

Hi guys.
I'm a relative newbie in terms of trading, but have been doing well so far, following one tactic and using rather narrow, tight selection displayed here on the website.
Yet today i have also decided to trade on one more Norwegian Cup quarter final, between Aalesund and Viking.
To my surprise, as soon as i have placed my initial lay bet, all markets on this game have been suspended, not only on Betfair but also Smarkets and with any known bookmacher. Meaning - i couldn't even counter-bet my Betfair lay, neither could i cancel it.
In such situation, shouldn't they void all bets on such market? With initial stake being returned to account?
Otherwise, how FAIR it is supposed to be?
No warning, no indication, nothing...
Should I appeal my case with them? -
It is learning the hard way sometimes, with a lack of luck.
Anyone else had a 'mare trading run today?
Gnistan, VPS2, Turku2, Kiffen, Norrkoping.
All with aim of first half goals, while laying over 1.5.
And all 5 with 0:0 half time, two ended 0:0, other three with late goals...
That is on a top of rather mixed weekend results, also with some minor losses due to late or no goals at all. -
@Justyna nothing to appeal unfortunately, sometimes markets just never go in-play - this happens in the Norwegian leagues fairly often and I personally wouldn’t be touching Norwegian Cup games with a barge pole whether it went in-play or not! You live and learn I’m afraid

@Justyna, there should be an "in play" symbol on all games that will be available to trade once the game starts... if you do not see this symbol, then the match will suspend at kick off, and so stay well clear unless set and forget strategy...
I learned this the hard way...
