Must admit I was a bit taken aback, I mean obviously they're smaller than Betfair (which is their own fault IMO) but surely they have enough customers to warrant more than 1 front line person?!

I cut all ties with Betdaq at the start of the year....simply because their website is s**t

It was click log in, wait 2 minutes for anything to happen. Then log in and immediately be kicked out due to "inactivity." Click log in again, wait 2 more minutes. Finally get in and the price has moved(arbing!). Did my head in. Maybe Vicki is the only one that actually works there?
