Lay Short Odds Preset Strategy

@Adam and @Martin I just noticed that the selected Courses for the Lay Short Odds between 1.8 and 2.4 Strategy is completely different from the Courses on the back testing results.

@Cosmas-Okoye that's because if you check the rule grouping it says 'none' which means the strategy does not include those courses selected. So the courses are set up correctly.
