took all my red out at 2.8 but won't be at all surprised if it hits 2.5 if play is called off for the day
-
@Richard-Futter hear that .., all about timing
-
@nathan-bennett as they say on the stock market, judging the bottom of the market is about as easy as catching a falling knife
-
There is some talk of rain stopping around 5pm, but I think any play today is a pretty remote chance.
-
brilliant .. yeah just sussing without being greedy what rock bottom odds be draw today ha
-
Been cashing in just by backing the draw all morning..... and with the way it's looking I won't be laying until tomorrow morning at the earliest. Can't see there being any play today, but there's a good chance of play tomorrow morning.
The pitch has been under cover for the past two days, so there could be plenty of early movement tomorrow. The morning could be the ideal time to double profits by laying the draw.
The only fly in the ointment is probably the chance of more rain later in the day tomorrow, so the weather radar will need constant observation! -
appreciate update … steaming in
-
Draw shortening already... down to 3.55. Lots of rain heading the way of Lord's, so can only see it going down further.
-
love it cheers … weather must be coming down at the mo

Second Test starts at Lord's today - and once again I've got to love the lay of the draw. There have been only two draws at the home of cricket in the last 14 matches - in one Sri Lanka were nine wickets down and held out bravely, and in the other there was lots of rain. Currently the price is 4.3 but I won't be going straight in as there's a good chance of the start being delayed by heavy rain this morning. If that proves correct, I could see the price dropping to below 3 on day one. The other four days look pretty clear and remember that overs can be made up during the rest of the match, so there will be plenty of chances to trade out at a much higher price. I will be drip laying as the price goes down anything under 3.

backing India now, any runs brings 5.2 down quickly.
-
boom
-
curran looks kinda different haha
-
Managed to get a 1.35 lay in before Stokes over.
-
BOOM!
-
FFS Root - get Curran on before it's too late!
-
bring it

Totally with Luke.... using some of my profits to back England at around evens. Plenty of movement for the bowlers and I'm not convinced Kohli's partners can hold out. England should be around 1.6 imo.
-
India way too short, if you are backing them. Then give me a PM i will help you see the light, just think they should be 1.8 , personally i think England win this so laying India but very wary market love toward Kohli.

Is there are more solid strategy than cheap fourth innings lays? I haven't found one
