Lay 2nd Fave Strategy- please review!

I have created a strategy using the backtesting software and I am hoping somebody with a little more experience than me could have a look at it with a view to pointing out obvious errors that I am missing.
Essentially the strategy is a modified version of the lay the 3rd fave, but with the 2nd Fave being the option in this case.

Any feedback positive or negative as long as constructive would be greatly appreciated.
