imported tips error

hi, when i try to sync my horse racing strategy with bf bot i got "number of imported tips: 0" error. Watched Martin's video about that, i did the same as Martin.
external id the same, URL link pasted in. What else can be doing wrong?
any idea on what I should do to make it work?

@Brigitta-Nagy the thread is for discussion about BFBM so if you ask there one of the experts on it will help, I am far from an expert on it myself!

@Martin Thank you. This link takes me to the thread on how to import tips into BFbot manager from csv files.
I am correct that there are 3 ways to import tips?
1- csv files
2- gz file
3- via the horse racing software by clicking on the bfbot manager button?
I d like to use the simplest last option if this is a valid solution
