Auto Account payment

I have just received an email telling me you have taken a payment automatically from my account. I was unaware i had auto repayment set and would have expected some notice telling me it was about to happen.
Anyway, due to my mum being very ill, i havent been using the BTC platform for some time and im in no position to renew at this time, also this has caused me money problems as ive been unable to work so please could you reimburse me ASAP. When things get better i look forward to renewing my membership. Thanks and see you all soon -

@Gary-Wall it's mentioned on the sign up process telling you it is an every 6 months subscription, we also mention in content constantly that it's a subscription.
contact [email protected] with the request as they handle payments and I will cancel for you now to make sure you are not charged again.

I have searched settings and cannot see where I can turn off auto account payment. Can someone show me where this is in case I wish to disable it.
