Trouble connecting BTC to BFBM

I am struggling to connect BTC to BFBM, I have search the forums and cannot find the solution so I was hoping someone could help. I am using the link URL but BFBM just keeps saying "number of tips imported 0" despite there being selections on the BTC screen and if you download the CSV.
Can anyone help please?

@Phillip-Chapman if when you click on the url link and there is nothing listed, but there is when you download the csv then I'd raise a support ticket as the url and csv should match.

@Paul-Foster - I have markets loaded and strat running. When I download tips from URL it says zero tip[s imported. When I look at the URL in a browser, the headers are there but there are no selections despite BTC giving me the selections online and if i download the csv
