For me i avoid UAE games as the games are usualy low value and the results just seem so random.

My favourite leagues are the Dutch and Turkish always plenty of goals in both

@Stuart-Capstick it's massively strategy dependent but I agree English leagues are some of the tougher ones

    Controversial choice:
A League- not so much the league itself, but more that I seem to have had poor luck/decisions which clouded my decisions for the rest of the trading day.

    League 2 England- just awful

Championship England- absolutely dreadful league, p**s boring.

    (Possibly)surprisingly good leagues:

    Romania
    Spain Segunda
    Portugal Segunda
    Paraguay
    Chile
    Ecuador
    J2
    Ireland premier division

@jon-kinnear Yep some of those regional ones have really great selections for me as well!

    @Ryan

Bundesliga is also Bad for me, Due to really low odds and if i do get a rare qualifier in my filters it usually lets me down, for some reason i do better with their lower divisions like 3 liga and the regional divisions.

@Richard-Latimer That's always good for the confidence when you see that you are missing more losers than winners 😉

@Ryan I went through a stage where I had quite a few selections there and it was working. Then with one tweak I pretty much took them all out as overs % almost always high when league itself isn't in the high high range which is weird.

Don't regret the tweak as since I've seen many a loser which I probably would have taken😂

@Richard-Latimer there's no doubt variance exists but I think sometimes we are quick to label things as variance without really getting into it to find out if it could have been avoided.

@jon-kinnear I didn't know such a thing existed and had always had a problem with Venezuela. Then I found the list and they are close to rock bottom.

Agreed it's a fast way but not always the most accurate way. Sometimes other leagues just highlight stats which are either aren't good enough or are just too damn good. I've made the point before that I look to exclude both small and very large numbers.

@Richard-Latimer Thats something i never really thought about, i have seen some obviously corrupt matches in the past but its very rare, i avoid games where the draw odds are suspiciously low.
Will keep that in mind with Guatamala & Venezuela

I get youre point on indentifying why trades are not working but sometimes removing the league is a solid and fast solution to increasing profitability, you just need a big enough sample to be sure its not just variance.

Guatamala & Venezuela for the sole reason that those countries are sub 30pts on the global corruption index. Everything else I will trade providing liquidity there.

I look for reasons in the stats why things failed now rather than simply blaming the league.
