Villa are 4.0 to win tonight
Liverpool 1.83Liverpool nothing to play for, Villa can secure CL football
thought that and you may well have something here but Liverpool appear on one of my filters that does really well so I'm leaving it

@GREGORIOS-KARASHIALIS I don't think 5 games is excessive. Just make sure the selections are of good value, it seems like you are trading a bit scattergun at the moment.
-
@Martin I think when I trade on Saturdays I go a bit mad⦠I want to trade to many games.
I need help to master this for next season.
One game at 12.30
Second game in Germany at 2.30

@GREGORIOS-KARASHIALIS the one you shared the pictures of Fulham v Man City
-
@GREGORIOS-KARASHIALIS how did your trade go? Odds a bit short for my liking here. What were the prematch stats that stood out to you on this one?
-
@Alex-Rule nice one

Just seen this offer on the Betfair Sports book. Worth a go I reckon
Rodri has to committed the most fouls in the Man City squad, 15 more than Walker in second.
With 38 fouls in 31 appearances, Rodri is averaging 1.28 committed P/90.
Rodri will be in and around Muniz, Palhinha and Pereira who average 1.94, 1.93 and 0.96 fouls drawn P/90 respectively.BOOOOM!

Just started a couple of weeks ago with small stakes for the time being.
One of the strategies I have been following is the Lay Under 1.5 goals setting on the software.
It got off to a great start but recently saw 7 losses in a row. 5 of which were games from the League of Ireland Premier Division.
I don't have much data to confidently make any tweaks to the setting just yet, so I was wondering if anybody else has been doing this one this season.
Would anyone say that that league is one to avoid in the future?
Or does this kind of variance often occur?
I am a Hammers fan by the way - still feeling sore after Sunday!
League of Ireland was poor at the weekend for SHG too.

@Martin
Thanks for the heads up Martin.The losses didn't hurt as I am starting off with really low stakes just to get some data and to kind of simulate the trading experience.
I will still keep track of the results of this filter, and compare how it performs backing over 1.5 vs. laying it.
I am going to just try to collect as much data as possible for one year with various strategies and see if I can come up with any meaningful tweaks.
great idea!

@Simeon-Bogg those example strategies aren't for betting blind on. They are just examples of how to create a strategy. So I would stop trading them.
Regarding that specific strategy it worked well in Covid and a while after but stopped working once football got fully back to normal. As it was originally an under 1.5 goals strategy that did well before Covid I think that's the reason and actually it is performing well as an under 1.5 goals filter now! I am still monitoring to see if it continues and if I will trade it.
