@Craig-vaulks I think it's a pretty smart move though to back them, they don't have to win it they just don't have to lose it by xmas in my eyes.
Then the price will drop and can get out.
-
@Richard-Latimer I may have a small back bet on them if the make those signings. They have some decent fixtures at the start of the season. Only problem is city have a decent start to the season as well fixture wise.
-
@Craig-vaulks cashed out at 0-2
-
@james-everard this could all still blow up in my face but Rice looks done and dusted which at £105 mil is a massive statement of intent.
Arteta clearly sees what most other top class managers see in Havertz and to top it off we're in the process of strengthening defence with Timber.
This is all before a single player is sold!!
Tell me this would be happening a few years ago and I'd say you were out of your tree!!
£200m+ on 3 players!

@Craig-vaulks just realised this game is tomorrow
-
Can't believe the Champions League starts this afternoon!

@Trevor-H Hi, I have not posted the filter yet but happy to share, just a simple LTD filter finding strong home teams and also 1 for away teams. It's a similar strategy to ryan's LTD but have 1 filter for each home and away. I normally exit at odds of around 2 if its looking unlikely there will be a goal. I don't always pick what is on the filter.
-
@Craig-vaulks Hi Craig. Have you posted this filter anywhere? If not, what is the strategy, please? Cheers.

1 home team filter LTD match for today

@Akiva-Anderson For me it's really tricky, do I want to be compete and see Liverpool win of course, would I rather it be like City (where they haven't really acted that badly towards managers?!) yes of course.
I wouldn't want it like Chelsea though!

I cannot believe the money Arsenal payed for Havertz, I don't see it with him (Would love to be proven wrong!).
This doesn't make Arsenal that much stronger for me, Rice would. He's a proper player.
I also have a sneaky feeling that the Saudi League will be loaning players back to Chelsea / Newcastle.
The Saudi club pays the HUGE wages, their other UK teams get better players and get around FFP.
That's part of the bigger question though, the FA are so behind with this stuff.
The job that Liverpool have done over the last few years on the spend they have is amazing, same with Arsenal last season.
How can you compete with States?!
Rules are made to be broken! I wish Liverpool were owned by a State. Our present owners have taken us as far as they can. They can no longer compete

Missed penalty. Shocking one too. Hit it wide

SHG in the Norway U21 v France U21. Not a great game if I'm honest. Think the Over 1.5 Goals in dead in this though. France resting a few players
-
@Akiva-Anderson At least my instinct was right, then.

@Akiva-Anderson I was half expecting you to go SHG in all three of the 17:00s as well. I'm interested to know if you considered that, and, if so, what put you off.
I would have, but I fell asleep on the sofa!
