This is based solely on my own experience of watching our games recently, but there is no way I can see Palace getting anything from today’s game. Liverpool are at 1.51 which is a 66% win chance (I think that’s right?). Considering our injuries, the fact this is our third game this week, and a real sense of a lack of confidence I would have had it more like 80-85%.

Even the O1.5 is at 1.25. The only approach Palace really have is to keep it tight in the first half and try to nick something in the second. If I was to trade it I would wait and see how it starts, but if there’s defensive mistakes or uncertain passing I think it’ll be Liverpool’s day.

My daughter has been doing quiet a few shows and now is performing Christmas Carols at the Cathedral.

I've been transporting her and my Protestant daughter has been dragging me to the carol services!
