So almost inevitably with me in celebratory mood - a couple of trades give me a kick up the arse , but as this is about accountability I can't hide from them.. very angry with myself about Girona game, all the signs were there and I also traded it badly in play which I can only describe as a deviation from my discipline and the danger of over confidence.. so last night I had a proper word with myself and revisited that one...

Bit of a shocker today with 4 out of 5 set and forget trades going south. You never quite know where you are with the Turkish football - sometimes you get 5 or 6 goals, and other times (like today) you get 27 goal attempts and 8 shots on goal and the score ends 0-0. Didn't help that I put on a SHG trade on that match as well - double whammy. Having said that it's swings and roundabouts, as yesterday was a good day so I suppose it just about evens itself out. Hope everyone else had a better day today. We go again tomorrow.

@Trevor-H I'm still very much learning this and have my horrible moments too.. I often over think which is why I bang on about my stats stuff because that helps me personally narrow things down.. there are professionals/more established traders on here who don't need that and I think its important to get to a point of confidence in what works for you personally - different people will succeed in trading in very different ways. Personally I post what I do on here to hold myself accountable and then on the occasion that I go and trade something stupid out of boredom or restlessness I give myself a proper telling off
