So this week has been decent once again.
Only 1 strategy has not done so well which is tomasz lays, fortunately my other strategies have made up for this.
My own FHG strat has been performing well, just hit 100 winners out of 134 selections giving me a healthy strike rate of 74% well above the 64% average I will need to break even. Adding the split stake seems to helping also, so far anyway.My youtube work has been poor the last couple of weeks, have been investing much more time in my trading lately. Will get back into my youtube video making this week.
I also plan on getting back into tennis trading something I really enjoyed. I would like to get to a decent level of trading tennis in play unfortunately with work and kids it can be tricky.
I think having my other strategies around now I will not be so much of a rush to trade lots of matches and squeeze them in whenever possible.
So another good week overall. Starting to come to terms with the patience side of trading along with managing/protecting my bank. -

@martin i've just done a quick check on the odds, 1.57 is the average out of the past 54 selections. So roughly a 64% strike rate needed.

@martin yeah has done well so far I have gave it another slight tweek and it has hit 18 out of last 20. Average odds is something I need to go through but most selections are between 1.5 and 1.6 so probably at the lower end of 1.5.

My weekly update.
Lots of things going on this week family life and trading wise. Having 2 young kids can make these things very tricky at times.
Anyway I have been testing out the horse racing software which I have enjoyed and also tried a few of the profitable strategies, which looked promising. However I don't think it is going to work with my current situation, so will be just sticking with the football and maybe try some tennis trading in the coming weeks to see if that suits me better.
My football trading has been going well aside from a small downturn just after the international break.
Plus my own FHG strategy I am testing out is still performing well 74 out of 101 winners, I need to check more info but it's looking at least a 8% profit margin. I am going to try split staking the next 100 to see if that helps. My idea is back at odds usually around 1.5/6 and then again at 2 which is usually 15 to 20mins into the game.
Overall very happy with the weeks progress the last few days have been the best so far profit wise. -

@ryan thanks yeah not a bad month. Still hope to improve in this one. I am starting to add a few racing strategies now just using small stakes until I am confident with them.
Would like to create a decent DOB or TROB strategy with the racing software. Not sure if there is any around on btc just to get ideas from or maybe use while I test/create my own. -

My monthly update for march, another profitable month so very happy with that.
It's been a mixed month with the international break and cheltenham reducing the amount of trades available and time spent making videos on youtube.But I'm happy with the progress so far, I have started looking at trading the horse racing markets and learning about the the strategy software to see if it can fit into my trading plan, which looks promising.
So I am currently trading Ryans LTD, Martins Over 1.5 goals, Ryans split stake, and tomasz lays. I have also Increased my bank/stakes slightly and added my own strategy which is early in testing but has had a positive return so far.
March ResultsLTD -£12.5 loss 29 trades hit 3 losses in row yesterday with my increased stakes so just on the bad side of variance otherwise would of been in profit.
Martins over 1.5s £15.72 profit 37 trades
Ryans Split -£5.60 loss 20 trades
Tomasz Lays £22.92 profit 23 trades
My new strategy started using small stakes testing £7.20 profit in 33 trades. Overall 61 recorded trades so far 46 winners.
Total Profit £27.7431 Youtube videos posted.
Decent progress for the month, but will be hoping to do better in the next.

@martin it's taken me a couple of weeks to get used to this style of trading and keeping track of all the results etc.
But now I'm starting to feel confident with the way it works and also enjoy the thought process of trying to find profitable strategies.
I can see it's going to take some time to get close to where I want to be but can now see the pathway to it, which is keeping my motivated. -

A bit of a delayed update but it's been a up and down couple of weeks. First of all cheltenham, I still do a little bit of matched betting when good opportunities arise. So spent a large amount of that week doing extra places, still managed to get my football trades in but youtube had to take a back seat. Made a decent return on cheltenham so can't complain.
Then this weekend I got a sickness bug so delayed my youtube work even more, still managed a few set and forget football trades but only just pulling myself around to normality.
I've had no problems sticking to the strategies and have ryans split stake set up for automation which is going well.
I have also started my own strategy, inspired by tomasz, it's looking very promising, only 50 selections in but the strike rate is a good level above what is needed to make a decent profit so far. Will see how it progresses in the next month or 2.
So after a minor setback i've managed to make some decent progress. Hopefully this coming week will be much more productive. -

@martin yeah daily updates can be a bit much with everything going. Having 2 young kids does not leave you with a lot of spare time.
It has been a while since I have seen this happen fortunately most of bets where set and forget just had a couple of LTDs so was not to big of a issue for me. Just need to make sure I have funds in my smarkets account just in case for the future. I'm sure there were a lot of frustrated people though.
