Manually Cash Out

I have a question about manually cashing out using Ryan Split.
Sometimes Betfair will freeze for an extended period and there is no option to cash out.
So if I for example back at 30 min mark and 50 min mark and reach 70 min mark where I shall cash out, assume the cash out has frozen.

Now my stake is 20 on the O1,5.
Do I just lay under O1,5 for 20 and the loss will be the same as I would have cash out at the 70 min mark?

I will simulate this and check if it's working, but at the same time wanted some expert opinions about the subject.
Everyone who has been trading has seen this happen.

@patrik-mellqvist you should still be able to cash out on 70 mins I’ve never had a problem even at 75. Mins unless your in a game with very little liquidity which wouldn’t be in the filter anyway

EDIT i been thinking wrong i should lay o1.5 and not under o1.5 lol Fix this tomorrow or backing under EDIT
