Full Time Trading-Income?

I have watched a lot of videos but would like some feedback from the full time trading community if possible.
How do you pay yourself a wage/income?
Is it same every week or dependant on profits?
Just interested as I am currently consolidating anything I win to boost my bank, but wondering at what time people start to draw on monies and how YOU do it personally, I realise everyone is different, but just looking for the differing options.

I can mention how one pro talk about this subject and i like it very much ....
Either you withdraw every three month or half year.

Reason i like this is that our trading methods will not always be profitable at the highest level so therefore it ha to have some time to let variance do its thing even if we have the edge.

I've been doing this every month...

I used to pay myself 50% and use the other 50% to invest in other things and build the bank (the back up bank), I am thinking now I might tweak those % a bit!

@karl-pick compound until you really need it would be my advice, assuming you have another income stream of course.

I take monthly profits personally, need the money
