Market stayed open after the outcome?!

During the Balestier Khalsa Vs Hougang match after the 6th goal went in the under 5.5 was still available to lay.
It was a massive price but obviously it was already a winning bet, WTF is going on there?

Anyway a 7th goal was scored and sure enough, same thing happened with the under 6.5.
It was available to lay at 500 or so.

Is this a glitch, a one off, something else?

Anyone else ever seen this before?

Happens from time to time, betfair will catch up and void anything place after the goal which will have voided the market or at least they should
