How many strategies

Just wondering how many strategies people use on a daily basis for their trading? Do people use 2/3 for their main trading or is it a case of using around 7/8?

Thanks for all the responses, I think I was trying to do to much and as a result loosing to much. I’ve now scrapped the strategies that were performing the worse and will go back to them for further testing when the bank grows and I have some free time

If you're creating your own it's hard enough to get that one that does the business!! I use one that I'm perfecting. I may try and create something else in the future when I have the time, money and space to give it a go.

I see, so I have 3 for football and 2 for tennis.
I don't tend to use them everyday only if the games allow them and meet the criteria. I might have crossover that day too and decide I will leave them because I believe in one trade more than the other.
It's worth noting that video was the basis for all of this, I started with one put all my energy into that and then looked to add others.

@paul-scott Hi Paul, I use 2 strategies which work off the same filter. They are SHG and O1.5.
I might experiment with a bit of cricket or horse racing this summer but wouldn't call them "reliable" strategies.
I think most people use 1 to 3 depending on how often you get trades and how profitable they are
