Can I just say that BTC is the gift that keeps on giving! I can't express how much I appreciate everyones efforts on here - from Ryan and Martin for giving timely advice and making great videos, to Adam for the INCREDIBLE horse racing software, and equally importantly all the amazing and selfless people on the forum (perhaps one of the best aspects of BTC). It always amazes me how everybody on the forum is genuinely trying to help people to do better - even the fact that people are so willing to share their 'hand-crafted' strategies blows me away. They put in all the hard work, trial and error, and hours of testing, only to hand it over to anyone else who wants it. I have personally benefitted from @keith-anderson's Laying Under 1.5 strategy and am now dabbling with the horse racing software (definitely not an expert!) but even in the last 3 days with minimum stakes and using @keith's Back The Favourite (1.50-10 odds) strategy, I am up 18 points in 3 days! The discussions have certainly made me a better trader and I have more discipline, have been more patient with testing and adjusting, and generally been more profitable. I'm rambling now, but I hope you get the picture - this is a really great thing to be a part of. Thanks everybody, let's get back on it!

@dan-mackinnon 100%, I will share strategies on YT that I have known to have worked but I'll point that out lol not try and sell a course on 1000 strategies.
It does, I have had to tackle FOMO with not just trading but all areas of life - it seems to be a constant battle that one.

@ryan I found it useful as it helped reaffirm some areas I already knew. I would also consider myself an obsessive researcher once Iâve got an interest in something. That attitude is good in the beginning but brings its own problems with FOMO and over trading so personal reflection is interesting.
There was a bit of âmyth-bustingâ too. When you said you only use 5 strategies (which anyone can access on here!) it goes against the social media traders who probably rely on YT views more than Betfair so have about 50 different videos on 50 different strategies

Ryanâs latest podcast is really interesting. I think thereâs a few signs from the rest of us reflected in what he said. For example, the obsessive nature when it comes to research and learning (as Keith will happily point out to everyone!), or the focus on 1 strategy and move on from there and keep a tight portfolio. I enjoyed the music playlist to help transition at the start and end of the day and will use that myself in future.
Itâll be interesting to hear what @Martin and @Adam do on a typical day to see if it differs. I appreciate you might not want to divulge information about your personal life to a public platform which is understandable, or your day might be so similar to Ryanâs that itâs not worth repeating.

Have to agree with everything said here (apart from the horse stuff as I don't do horse trading).
Seeing all the praise about the horse trading software, I cannot wait for the footy to be updated in the same sort of way, it will be amazing!
I have just signed up to BTC for my 3rd year and its fantastic to see owners that absolutely do not rest on their laurels but instead are constantly looking to push and improve their product.
BTC is a great place to learn trading.
