@richard-oates no point as you would miss the selections, odds move a lot in horse racing throughout the day.

@richard-oates that's correct Richard as the software can't know the selections until the race is off as they could all fall into the criteria in theory.

@Martin Sorry to ask but looking at your Short Odds Lays strategy, when I run it, the list of Upcoming Qualifiers seems to be for every runner in the races. I'd be hoping to just see runners within the odds range. Is that possible? Thanks

@mark-powell which bot do you use? @John-Folan has shared some on his automation thread, have you seen those?

@martin dont you use these strategies on automation then? Do you know anyone that I can talk to about automating these. Shame that you don't do it because it would make a useful video.

@cp-james no because you wouldn’t know the odds until nearer the off. There is only ever one selection in a race (unless a two horse race I guess) so it’s not an issue.

@martin are these strategies easy to transfer to a BOT to run automatically?

Yes that would be very helpfull Martin so when you get a chance. Know that you have been doing a great many videos at the moment but they are all very informative.

one question I would like to ask is on your own "Short Odd Lay" strategy as I get lots of selections for each race so is it just a matter of sifting out the ones with the higher odds or is there a way to tweak the strategy so it only shows up the short odd Horses and then would you lay one or two selections only ?

There’s no way to do that in the software. I’ve got a similar strategy and I use Bfbotmanager to sift the selections and only place the ones in the odds filters. That’s the easiest way.

Read the first post on both threads.

@stuart-hutchinson Hi Stuart, Yes I did revise it, but I don't think it has been updated on Martin's list yet. You are correct, use odds 2.50 - 150. There are plenty of tweaks you can add that will boost the profits beyond 2000 points. Just have a play around. Good luck!

That's great! Thanks Iain. That's the beauty of this software 😁

Finally getting stuck into looking at the horse software, what an amazing bit of kit! Im already starting to see some slight tweaks on the preset/shared strategies, its so easy just to check whether changing this criteria or that criteria improves the profit AND reduces the selections!

@Keith Do we have a resident bot expert for BetAngel? That's the bot I already have so don't want to have to fork out for another piece of software and learn the interface.

I think I've seen a few posts about bet angel but I don't use it myself (although it does look good!) I would do a search for the word “angel” and see what it throws up 👍🏻

Saying that I think @Keith-Driscoll uses it 👍🏻
