Yep. No qualifiers for any of my strategies. Normally I'd have about 10-20. I think something is wrong

Not sure the software is working properly. Can't get racecards to load and I don't think all courses are providing qualifiers in the strategy builder. I have raised @adam . @Martin can you look into this?
I did raise a ticket for this early this morning

Hi all
I'm getting some mixed data on one of the strategies which ,when I breakdown in Group Breakdown by DSLR it indicates that there was a profitable zone for the data however when I narrow that zone down via the filters it doesn't show the profit in that zone in the DSLR results ..
Has anyone else had this happen and could possibly indicate what I may have done incorrectly please

@keith thanks, that is how I’ve set it and how I expected it to run. Just trying to work out why one selection I traded yesterday didn’t make it into the results. I’ll take a look other parameters that might have ruled it out.

The way I see it (I could be completely wrong here) is that the slider you set in the software has two points which are essentially times the software starts watching for qualifiers and stops. So if you have the window starting at 15 mins and the end is the race start time then that whole window it is watching for qualifiers. If you wanted to only check for qualifiers as a snapshot 15 mins before the race I would set it to start at 15 before the race and stop 14 mins before the race.

@nick-allan I'm about 25% of the way through them, you can tell which ones have been updated on the spreadsheet as they will have the newly added ROI on them.

has the july figures for the software been updated? the last results seem to be the 3rd july?
