@Martin Hi Martin. Are you still trading the lay away strategy? If so have you filtered anything from the selections or do you back all games within those odds?

@Joseph-Henderson yes it can have a big difference especially if laying at high odds (like I do on horses)

@Martin thanks. Am I right in thinking the staking plan you adopt can affect your edge? For example flat stakes versus target amount to win.

@Joseph-Henderson I always add in the commission even when testing with no money bet, so any winnings multiply them by 0.98 to find out the real total. So if 1.40 odds you would make £4 with 0% commission, multiply that by 0.98 which = £3.92 on average per bet won.

Apologies if this is a basic question, but how do you calculate the betting edge of a strategy? If my strike rate is 75.14% and my average odds are 1.40 is the edge around 3.5% or do I need to factor in commission somewhere in the calculation? Cheers.

@joshua-armstrong if you can't watch them or the live stats I would steer clear myself for first 6-8 games

@Martin there's not much going on so it's really slow going.

Roll on August, except I'll not be holiday anymore. Swings and roundabouts!

Couple more selections to add (inc. the last one as well):

    93ca5210-a3ac-4adf-b905-3377c79f4ae2-image.png

Lay all home unless odds less than 1.9.

    Odds too low on Geylang.

    2/2 on the others.

Good work on these again, amazing how much money is in these lower quality games too at the moment

@Martin It certainly is, just a shame can't guarantee the weather in this country.

It's North Devon and I have quite a bit of local knowledge as I lived there for years before moving back to Oxfordshire.

I'll retire to Cornwall when I'm done. Or at least get a holiday home there.
