Indian Super League

Just a quick one, has anyone got any idea why this league cant be traded on Betfair? I have picked out a few games recently to trade and when I go to the Betfair site they arent listed. The games are being played as they are showing up on my score apps.
Considering some of the really obscure leagues that are available on Betfair there must be a valid reason?

Thanks for this thread. I have traded matches on this league in the past and watched them on Bet365 with English commentary. It all seems pretty legit considering how many matches get suspended at kick off for the entire duration.
I’ve had 3 on my test filter/s recently and all have been suspended so could not test them.
In my personal experience whenever I ask Betfair chat ‘Why?’ I only ever get told ‘it’s something the bookmakers are dealing with’ or similar, and never a clear answer or reason. No probs, as I was saying earlier it was good to get another opinion on this. I never went as far as contacting Betfair directly. I hate dealing with anything on Live Chat, and any of my previous dealings of dealing with any live chat in this industry can be at times like talking to the wall so I usually never bother unless its affecting my pocket directly. I get a laugh out of them though sometimes especially with my Matched Betting accounts, one week they are giving me Free Bets via live chat when I have queried an offer they had as I am a "LOYAL CUSTOMER" and the next week I am gubbed. Gotta love that.Though its interesting what their response was though.

Kerala Blasters vs ATK is not on Betfair for the Indian Super League tomorrow at all. Might just scratch any games from my filter now as it seems like a waste of time even looking at that league. Strange one though, such a large country with a massive population and a seemingly up and coming league, you would think that ex pats alone would provide some sort of decent liquidity, but I am getting the impression that at times the way Betfair make certain decisions may be a bit odd at times. Also I suppose that Cricket is the main sport over there as far as I am aware, so their cricket markets are possibly huge on Betfair.
My advice, track any that do appear on betfair because next year it may all be different again.

Thanks for that lads.
Another prime example is Poland 2 this year. Last year it was almost ever present and good liquidity. This year....never! I tried asking why and they told me that Poland 2 was actually Poland 3 and that Poland 3 going inplay (yes, god only knows why they have Poland 3 but not 2) was Poland 2.
Don't you remember the desperation we had in lockdown 1 when the only leagues to trade was the Nicaraguan league and the Belaurus reserve league the liquidity on these leagues at the time was insane

That's just Betfair for you. It was mostly all on there last season. This season barely any games are. They are a law unto themselves.

Cool, I wouldnt of thought that match would of been particulary low with liquidity. But that must be the case so.
-
@philip-thornton low liquidity leagues betfair won't monitor them why go suspended beat to avoid them won't be able to cash out

Just while I am on this subject, that game was available to trade pre match, which is no use for my strategy. Though as soon as the game went in play the market suspended for the whole 90 minutes. Very strange, I wonder why?

Cheers,I have that game in my trading plan for today Ryan. Though there have definetly been games over the last few weeks that havent been listed on Betfair. I am sure of it.
Something that I must keep more of an eye on. Thanks Ryan,
