Trading after international break

I was watching a YouTube video yesterday where @martin talked about the dangers of trading on the weekend back after the international break.
I've been trading the strategies in the members filters - particularly the late goal ones. Would you suggest anything to watch out for in play perhaps to filter these down further? Or would you suggest simply not trading this coming weekend?

@mrs-h-m-price For me I just look at where the players have had to come from who I would need to perform.
Example of this would be South American players - that's a big flight, how are they looking in the game etc...
